The S-M-S Process™
Every experience we have follows a simple structure:
A situation happens → our mind interprets it → our behaviour reflects that interpretation.
Most people try to change the behavior or the situation, but the real driver is the internal process — the thoughts, beliefs, and assumptions running in the background.
This internal process acts like a code. It determines:
-
how we interpret situations
-
how we react
-
what we expect
-
what we tolerate
-
what we attract
-
and what we believe is possible
The situation is just the expression. The code is the cause.
You can see this in the chain reaction we all live inside:
Thought → Emotion → Response → Pattern → Situation
Change the thought and belief at the start of the chain, and the situation at the end naturally changes too.
This is the foundation — and the starting point — of the S‑M‑S Process™.
