In two 30‑minute sessions you’ll learn tools that

      interrupt overwhelm,

      anchor your attention,

      AND create space between impulse and choice.

 

You’ll practice in a small, compassionate circle so you feel seen and supported while you

build new habits.

 

What you’ll receive on these two days

  • Two live 30‑minute sessions on 11 and 13 May at 8:00–8:30 PM — guided breathing, mindful conversation

  • Practical practices you can carry with you — short, science‑friendly breathing tools and micro‑resets you can use anytime to steady your mind.

  • A held space with other women — small group, gentle sharing, no judgement; a place to be seen and heard.

Why I’m passionate about PauseAbility?

I started PauseAbility because I remember what it felt like to move through my days split in two — present in body but absent in mind, wanting to be gentle with the people I love while feeling pulled and reactive inside. I wanted a simple, reliable way back to myself that didn’t require hours of practice or another thing on the to‑do list. That longing became PauseAbility.

​Having worked with 100's of women globally, while I was in the UK showed me the same thing again and again: we don’t need more to‑do lists — we need small, steady practices and a held space where we can be honest without shame. After moving to Dubai, I created PauseAbility to bring those exact tools into a short, practical reset that fits into real life.

I believe calm is not a luxury. It is a skill you can learn in small, steady steps. PauseAbility is built to give you those steps — short, science‑friendly practices that fit into real life and a held space where you are seen without judgement. I am committed to creating sessions that are practical, warm, and immediately useful.

Every practice I teach is one I’ve used myself to become calmer, stronger, and more present. If you’re tired of feeling split in two and want a gentle, reliable way back to yourself, this is for you. Save your seat and come as you are.

  • Follow the steps — try the simple tools in the order we teach them so they build on each other.

  • Show up for sessions — attend live when you can so you feel the circle and practice in real time.

  • Take responsibility — commit to your own growth and take the actions we suggest between sessions.
